1 General Terms

By accessing the juzz buzz platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between juzz buzz and the user of the platform.

If any written or verbal promise conflicts with the terms in this document, the terms in this document take precedence. juzz buzz reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continuing to use the site after an update means you have accepted the new terms.

The juzz buzz platform is operated exclusively for adult users residing in Bangladesh. Users from areas where online gaming is prohibited by law may not use this platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, family, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, juzz buzz reserves the right to close it at any time and withhold the associated balance.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, unless juzz buzz is notified immediately of any unauthorised access. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team right away via live chat.

3 Age Limit and Identity Verification

The minimum age to participate on the juzz buzz platform is 21. No person under the age of 21 may open an account, make a deposit, or take part in any game.

juzz buzz may request that a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process be completed at any time. This process may require submission of a government-issued ID (NID or passport), proof of age, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at juzz buzz receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

juzz buzz regularly runs various promotional offers, including:

• Weekly juzz buzz Festival: 50% bonus on any deposit of ৳500 or more, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Wagering 15x. Can be claimed once per week.
• juzz buzz Friday Dhamaka: 30% bonus on deposits every Friday, up to a maximum of ৳3,000. Wagering 12x.
• Cricket Mania Bonus: 40% bonus on deposits of ৳500 or more in the Sports section, up to ৳4,000. Wagering 20x.
• Birthday juzz buzz Gift: Verified account members receive up to ৳1,000 as a reward during their birthday month. Wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successful referral. Wagering 8x.

4.3 Bonus Terms of Use

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. The bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn directly. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the relevant offer explicitly states otherwise. juzz buzz reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit at juzz buzz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

5.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes, though this may take longer if identity verification is pending.

5.3 Payment Verification

juzz buzz reserves the right to verify payments to prevent potential fraud or money laundering. Additional information may be requested for unusual transactions, and withdrawals may be temporarily held.

6 Game Rules and Code of Conduct

All users must act honestly and treat other users with respect while participating on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Abusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any form of fraudulent payment or chargebacks.

If juzz buzz detects any such activity, the account may be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 juzz buzz's Rights

juzz buzz may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during identity or age verification.
• Long-term inactive accounts (12 months or more).
• Involvement in fraudulent activity.

7.2 User Rights

A user may request closure of their own account at any time via live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw a verified balance before the account is closed, unless wagering requirements are still pending.

8 Responsible Gaming

Participation in games is entirely voluntary and the user is solely responsible for their own betting decisions. juzz buzz has no obligation to compensate for financial losses resulting from gaming.
